As a Business Manager at The David Rose Group, you will be at the forefront of presenting and selling tailored accountancy solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
About the Role
- Present and sell accountancy solutions to SMEs, leveraging your expertise and building strong relationships with clients.
- Set the standards for the team, ensuring consistent sales performance and driving business growth.
- Work closely with the team to develop and implement sales strategies, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
- Collaborate with the accountancy team to provide tailored solutions to clients, ensuring their financial needs are met.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven track record of success in selling accountancy or banking software solutions.
- Experience working with SMEs and business owners, understanding their financial needs and challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
