Home Hospice Assistant

Nottinghamshire Hospice is seeking a dedicated Home Hospice Assistant to join our team. As a Home Hospice Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to patients in their own homes.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position offers flexible working hours, opportunities for professional development, and a comprehensive induction package.

  • Assist patients with daily living tasks and provide emotional support
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Healthcare experience and a minimum of a Care Certificate Qualification
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
