Palliative Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Palliative Care Specialist to join our team at Nottinghamshire Hospice. As a Palliative Care Specialist, you will work closely with patients and their families to provide compassionate care and support in their own homes.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position offers a comprehensive induction package, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional development.
- Provide high-quality palliative care to patients in their own homes
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Healthcare experience and a minimum of a Care Certificate Qualification
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
