Salary and Benefits
As a Care Assistant with Bluebird Care, you can expect a competitive salary of £14.00-£14.50 per hour, increasing to £28.00-£29.00 on bank holidays. You will also receive 35p mileage allowance and 28 days paid holiday (pro rata). Additionally, you will have access to our 'Early Access Pay' Scheme, Free Blue Light Card, and comprehensive training and shadowing opportunities.

Your Role as a Care Assistant\helpers As a Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care duties, including administering medication and promoting customer health and well-being. You will work closely with our customers to understand their unique needs and preferences, tailoring your care approach to ensure they feel comfortable and supported in their own homes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a Care Assistant, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. You must also have a valid UK driving license, access to a car, and the right to work in the UK. An excellent level of English is essential, as you will be communicating with our customers and their families regularly.
