Job Title: Head of Demand Generation

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to head our demand generation efforts. As Head of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives pipeline growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a demand generation strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to design and execute full-funnel marketing programs that drive awareness, generate inbound leads, and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Partner with sales to develop cohesive and impactful campaigns that strengthen pipeline quality and identify opportunities to improve the buyer journey and experience.
  • Manage and optimize budget and channels, including paid media, SEO, email, events, and social media, to maximize performance.
  • Own the reporting process for demand generation activities, identifying KPIs and analyzing performance to inform strategic decisions and improvements.
  • Refine and improve campaigns with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to maximize performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or a related field.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, customers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen with a passion for understanding our market and creating value for customers.
  • Experience with key marketing solutions, including Hubspot and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
