As a Supermarket Shift Leader at Haven, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional retail experience for our customers. You will lead and coach your team to ensure all areas of responsibility are met, and escalate any issues to the Supermarket Team Manager when necessary.

Requirements
  • Experience working in retail or a similar customer-facing environment
  • Previous experience leading, coaching and supervising teams
