**Job Description:** SEN Education Support Worker
Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Education Support Worker to join our team. As an SEN Education Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other special educational needs in a designated unit for Autistic Young People.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience working with students with ASD and other special educational needs. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, and be able to adapt to changing situations quickly.
**Salary:** The estimated salary for this role is between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- A degree in a relevant field such as education or psychology;
- Experience working with students with ASD and other special educational needs;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Knowledge of child development principles and theories.
