The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Calvin Klein. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining store operations. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing store inventory, and implementing visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining visual merchandising displays
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive store performance
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure a high-performing team
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and loss prevention

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury or premium brand
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
