The Role

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Calvin Klein. As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Authorise discounts and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and building relationships with customers.
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve, ensuring shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organisation are addressed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or retail, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with ease.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, recognising and celebrating the contributions and achievements of others.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to quickly respond to changing situations and priorities.
