Job Description

As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the children and young people in our care, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

You will be working as part of a close-knit team, collaborating to deliver exceptional care and creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for the children. Your day will be filled with variety, from planning activities and events to managing medication and attending health appointments.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a highly competitive salary, ranging from £26,500 to £29,925 per annum, plus a range of additional benefits, including flexible bank holidays, 23 days annual leave increasing by one day each year for the first five years, and an annual performance-related pay bonus.
