About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our senior management team as Director of Development. This key position will play a crucial role in driving our fundraising and development strategy forward, building on our impressive growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, leveraging our existing partnerships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Lead a team of talented fundraisers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, trusts, and foundations, securing significant funding for our programs.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
About You

We are looking for an experienced and compelling leader with a proven track record in fundraising and development. You will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to inspire and motivate a team, and a deep understanding of financial planning and reporting.

You will be a natural leader, able to engage and motivate our development department, and play a key part in building a strong and inclusive organizational culture.
