Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).
- Provide direct therapy in 1:1 and group settings, collaborating with teachers and professionals to support learning.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Liaise with parents and caregivers to provide holistic support and promote student well-being.
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy (HCPC registered) and experience working with children with SLCN in a school setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
