This is an exciting chance to join a dynamic charity in Cambridge, dedicated to protecting the area's natural beauty and environment.
We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Finance and Organisation Development to provide expert financial guidance and business administration support to our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our finances, commissioning service providers, and providing strategic advice to the Board and management team.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent financial management skills, experience with financial systems, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You will also have the ability to work across teams, manage staff, and provide secretariat functions.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £48,000 per annum pro rata, depending on your experience and qualifications.
You will also enjoy 33 days annual holiday entitlement, pension contribution of up to 5% of gross pay, flexible working options, and free on-site parking.
