About the Opportunity
">This leadership role is a key position within our organization, overseeing the overall success of a branch by meeting financial objectives related to profitable growth and retention. As a Branch Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team that builds and strengthens customer relationships through financial advice.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on building and strengthening customer relationships
- Assist in coaching and training employees to achieve individual and branch goals
- Manage risk exposure and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
- Oversee implementation of special initiatives and procedures to drive business growth
Requirements
">- Experience as a people manager with ability to engage and motivate team members
- Proven track record in personal and small business banking, sales management, and relationship-building
- Solid understanding of financial planning, mutual funds, and compliance regulations
- Ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional client experience
- Licenses and certifications required for this role include CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning and Branch Compliance Officer designation
