As a Branch Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team that builds and strengthens customer relationships through financial advice.

Requirements

  • Experience as a people manager with ability to engage and motivate team members
  • Proven track record in personal and small business banking, sales management, and relationship-building
  • Solid understanding of financial planning, mutual funds, and compliance regulations
  • Ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional client experience
  • Licenses and certifications required for this role include CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning and Branch Compliance Officer designation

Location: Cambridge, ON (with opportunities to work across Ontario)
