About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Lead Financial Administrator to join our team at the Your World Recruitment Group. As a Lead Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, managing debt collection processes, and providing daily oversight of outsourced Operational Financial Services to NHS SBS.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements, including Month and Year-end accounts, Charity Accounting, and VAT Returns.
• Support Trust-wide financial planning for the Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Deliver budget holder training on Financial Management topics such as Cash Management, Debtors, and Capital Expenditure.

Requirements:
• Financial Qualification with an Accountancy Body – minimum Part Qualified.
• Honours degree or equivalent level of qualification and/or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of compliance with institute CPD requirements.

This role offers a competitive salary between £25-£28 per hour on Paye and £28-£30 per hour on Umbrella, making it an excellent opportunity for finance professionals looking for a new challenge.
