Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join our team at Playdale Playgrounds Ltd. in Ulverston.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop and implement new plant, equipment and processes to improve production efficiency.
  • Create detailed models and drawings of jigs, fixtures and production equipment using 3D CAD software.
  • Collaborate with the Production team on process and quality control through implementation of corrective actions in a Lean manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
  • Essential experience working with Inventor or Solidworks.
  • Desirable knowledge of metal manufacturing processes and ability to schedule workload and problem solve effectively.

The estimated salary for this position is £39,000 - £44,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
