Project Management Specialist

About the Role:
BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team in Barrow-in-Furness. As a key member of the Spares Team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating various projects across multiple builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and utilize SAP daily to review and report contract progress
- Collaborate with linked functions to produce Reports and Metric data
- Monitor and report on the delivery of material to support the platform's critical path
- Work closely with the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and other external partners
- Support In-Build contracts for tasks in support of the Submarine function
- Act as a deputy to the Project Manager when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience using SAP
- Knowledge of Through Life Support and its applications
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Previous experience leading a team or managing projects

We offer a competitive salary of £45,628 - £54,550 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, employee share plans, and a pension scheme.
