Lead Spares Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Spares Specialist to join our team in Barrow-in-Furness. The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics and project management, with experience in working with multiple stakeholders and utilizing SAP to manage contract progress.
Main Duties:
- Manage the logistics aspects of our projects, including liaison with internal stakeholders and utilization of SAP
- Produce Reports and Metric data in collaboration with linked functions
- Monitor and report on the delivery of material to support the platform's critical path
- Work closely with the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and support In-Build contracts for tasks in support of the Submarine function
Essential Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of project management principles, and experience using SAP. Knowledge of Team Centre would be an advantage.
