BAE Systems is seeking a Safety and Environmental Engineer - Product Lead to join our Product Environmental team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, assessing, and reporting environmental information to demonstrate the environmental case for our submarines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of environmental assessment, net zero, and carbon management. Experience with stakeholder engagement and report writing is also essential. A degree in Environmental or Sustainability related discipline is required.

This position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, and benefits including a pension scheme, annual leave allowance, and access to additional benefits such as flexible working and employee discounts.

You will be part of a growing area within the business, working closely with the Product Environmental team to ensure the environmental case for our submarines is met.
