Job Description

We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead - Safety & Environmental to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the design and development of complex systems and combat sub-systems for in-service and future submarines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers to design and develop complex systems and combat sub-systems for in-service and future submarines.
  • Ensure that all designs meet legislative requirements and are safe and fit for purpose.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are adequately supported and their needs are fully considered and incorporated where appropriate.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Significant experience in leading teams and managing projects.
  • CEng level or equivalent level of capability.
