Manufacturing Engineer Lead

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer Lead to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and leadership skills to manage a team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient production processes.
- Lead a team of engineers to ensure high-quality output and meet production targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
What You Need to Know
- This role comes with a competitive salary range of £37,135 - £41,935 (dependent on experience).
- You will be entitled to 25 days' holiday, plus bank holidays, and an additional holiday for big birthdays ending in a zero.
