Health and Safety Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at 3D Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Investigate and document all accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with external health and safety consultants to provide training programs and services.
- Chair and formulate minutes for the Health and Safety Committee meetings.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the Human Resources Manager and Senior Management Team on health and safety activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in health and safety management.
- Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
