Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate them.

  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

  • Develop and maintain accurate records of health and safety training, inspections, and audits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a construction or build environment.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
