We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join our client\u2019s team in Cambridge. As a key member of the Health and Safety/CDM department, you will be responsible for delivering various H&S services to ensure compliance on construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver H&S services to ensure compliance on construction projects
- Ensure pre-construction information is readily available and up-to-date
- Prepare health and safety files and construction phase plans as required
- Carry out site inspections and ensure RAMS are in place
- Conduct risk assessments and site inspections for project portfolio
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Liaise with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and clients
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
- Membership to IOSH, APS, IIRSM, or similar professional body (desirable)
- Good understanding of 2015 CDM Regulations
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Competitive salary in the region of £40,000 - £45,000
