Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver H&S services to ensure compliance on construction projects
  • Ensure pre-construction information is readily available and up-to-date
  • Prepare health and safety files and construction phase plans as required
  • Carry out site inspections and ensure RAMS are in place
  • Conduct risk assessments and site inspections for project portfolio
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and clients
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
  • Membership to IOSH, APS, IIRSM, or similar professional body (desirable)
  • Good understanding of 2015 CDM Regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
