Accounting Practice Seeks Experienced Professional

**Job Summary**

MGB Accountants, a small, friendly accountancy practice based in Bristol, is seeking an experienced accountant to work as a Client Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Undertake all compliance tasks for clients, including preparation of accounts, corporation tax returns, and personal tax returns using Iris
* Undertake book-keeping, VAT returns, and management accounts for clients using Sage, Excel, Xero, QuickBooks, and other packages
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients on day-to-day queries and complex tax or planning tasks
* Collaborate with the director to deliver high-quality services to clients

**Requirements**

* ACCA/ACA qualified or qualified by experience
* Proven experience within an accountancy practice
* Strong knowledge of accounting packages such as Xero, Sage, and Iris
* Strong communication and management skills

* Competitive salary of £40-50k DoE plus bi-annual bonus based on company performance

**Location**

We are flexible regarding the location of this role and can accommodate it from one of our three offices in Thornbury, Wotton-under-Edge, or Westbury-on-Trym.
