Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Metrology

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Renishaw. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales presence in the Central/North to Northern California region. This is a remote position that requires 100% travel within the designated region, with occasional domestic or international trips.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our sales presence in the Central/North to Northern California region.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, including OEMs, distributors, and end-users.
  • Provide technical support and training to our customers and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience with precision measurement equipment, including gauging, CMM, form, finish, and calibration.
  • Technical degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results.
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
