The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with teachers to support students with SEN, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or physical disabilities.
  • Assisting with implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitoring progress.
  • Supporting students' emotional well-being, helping them build confidence and independence.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent support.

We estimate the salary for this position to be approximately £25,714 - £31,628, based on industry standards.
