Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
About the Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Therapist with ASD expertise to join our team at South Central Mental Health Counseling Center.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with ASD.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients with ASD.
- Collaborate with community partners to provide education and consultation services on ASD.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance services for clients with ASD.
This role requires a strong understanding of ASD and experience working with diverse populations.
About You:To be successful in this position, you will possess:
- A master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology or counseling.
- Licensure as a licensed therapist in the state of Kansas.
- Experience working with clients with ASD and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
