We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison Specialist to join our team at Spencer & James Limited in NW London. This permanent position involves working with a leading main contractor in the Social Housing sector.

The role requires building strong relationships with tenants to minimize disruption during refurbishments by ensuring they receive all necessary information and assistance when required.

The successful candidate will work on projects such as the Social Housing Decarbonization Fund, requiring experience similar to this project.

A UK driver's license with access to a vehicle is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an up-to-date on-site database reflecting ongoing activities
  • Engage regularly in meetings with client representatives and tenants to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Standardize and enforce consistent customer care approaches
  • Act as the escalation contact for handling tenant complaints
  • Initiate, coordinate, and supervise Tenant-Customer-Resident relationships across multiple sites

Requirements:

  • UK driver's license with access to a vehicle
  • Excellent customer service attitude and skills
  • Prior experience as a Resident Liaison Officer
