IT Support Liaison

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Liaison to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide exceptional customer experience and service, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all users interacting with the IT department.
About the Role:- Greet and assist users seeking IT help in person in a professional and friendly manner.
- Oversee the front desk operation and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- When necessary, log IT service requests for visitors to the appropriate teams.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance for common IT issues, escalating more complex problems as needed.
- Communicate IT processes and policies clearly and effectively to users.
- Ensure a professional, friendly, and helpful atmosphere for all users interacting with the IT department.
- Follow up on service requests to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between IT teams and end-users, keeping stakeholders informed about service status and updates.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and has excellent interpersonal skills. You should have a good basic understanding of end user devices and standard office applications.
This role focuses on providing exceptional customer experience and service, coordinating IT support requests, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all users interacting with the IT department.
Requirements:- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse users.
- Good basic knowledge and understanding of end user devices (laptops and mobile phones), MS Office suite applications and troubleshooting.
Salary: £24,400 - £28,600 per annum (£11.90 - £13.80 per hour based on 40 hours per week)
