About the Role

We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team at Colas USA. This role involves providing administrative support to our manager and department, including managing phone lines, providing information and guidance to external and internal contacts, and handling mail, travel, and consumable orders.

The ideal candidate will have previous administration and office management experience, excellent organizational skills, and strong IT skills.

You will work closely with our team to prepare and organize meetings, monitor and research documents, and coordinate the flow of information across departments and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle phone inquiries.
  • Manage mail, travel, and consumable orders efficiently.
  • Prepare and organize meetings to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Monitor and research documents to stay current on industry trends and developments.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
