Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team in order processing, tracking, and managing customer accounts, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
  • Prepare and distribute sales quotations and proposals, leveraging expertise to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and appointments, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, guaranteeing accurate and up-to-date information for informed decision-making.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist in managing sales reports and data analysis, providing actionable insights for business improvement.
  • Contribute to the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials, enhancing our brand's visibility and reputation.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and general office support, maintaining a well-organized workspace.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
Salary and Benefits

£27,000 - £29,000 per annum
