Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team at Autoscan UK Limited in Crewe, Cheshire.
This role involves providing administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Filing and document management
- Database maintenance and updates
- Equipment maintenance and procurement
Requirements:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy with experience of Office 365 packages
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer service skills and ability to multitask
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
Working Conditions:
Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1600, with flexible start and finish times. Early finish on a Friday.
