About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Crewe, UK. As an administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our team members and contributing to the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities:
  1. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding to queries, and providing excellent customer service
  2. You will maintain accurate records, update databases, and ensure that all files are up-to-date and easily accessible
  3. You will prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office software
  4. You will coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring that all necessary details are accurately recorded and communicated
  5. You will assist with the organization of company events and training sessions, including logistical planning and execution
  6. You will support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks, providing flexible support as needed
Requirements:
  • You should have previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry or sector
  • You should be proficient in Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • You should have strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • You should be able to multitask and prioritize your workload effectively, managing competing deadlines and priorities
  • You should possess a professional and friendly demeanor, with a proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
