Senior Community Nurse Leader

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. As a key member of our Community team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare services to those in need.
Key Responsibilities- Providing emotional support to individuals and their families
- Delivering enthusiastic and compassionate care to contribute to an individual's physical and emotional wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with the management team to maintain a safe and clean environment for the individual
- Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS Check on the Update Service (one can be applied for upon application if you do not have one)
- Proof of Mandatory Training (If none, free training will be provided as part of the compliance process)
- 2 x References
- A minimum of 6 months' experience of being a Registered Nurse in Homecare or Community settings
- Dedicated Bookings and Quality teams
- Regular supervisions both virtual and in person
- Personal development into more clinical packages of care that may include- Tracheostomy, PEG, Airway Management, Diabetes management, Epilepsy etc.

Our estimated salary for this role is between £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. This salary includes access to our competitive benefits package, which includes opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
