We are seeking skilled and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team at Greenstaff Medical. As a valued member of our Community nursing teams, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing emotional support to individuals and their families, promoting physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Delivering enthusiastic and compassionate care to contribute to an individual's overall health and wellbeing.
  • Motivated and recognizing the importance of your role in supporting clients with complex care needs.
  • Able to work on a rolling rota basis and being part of a collaborative team.

Main duties include providing practical support for individuals, such as helping with household tasks, personal care, and taking them to appointments. You will also be responsible for supporting and monitoring healthcare needs, including administering medication, and safeguarding individuals and reporting any concerns.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Registered Nurse in Homecare or Community settings.
  • Right to work in the UK
  • DBS Check on the Update Service (one can be applied for upon application if you do not have one)
  • Proof of Mandatory Training (If none, free training will be provided as part of the compliance process)
  • 2 x References

Experience in any of the following is desired but not essential: Enteral Feeding, Spinal Injury, Tracheostomy Care, Stoma Care, Epilepsy and Management of Emergency Medication Protocols, Invasive and Non-Invasive Ventilation, Acquired Brain Injuries, End-of-life Care.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
