The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Office Manager to join our Rubix Customer Hub team and drive new business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a small team, servicing the MRO stock requirements of a new multi Insite contract within the Food & Drink sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a small team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Set and monitor individual and team targets, and develop team members through training and coaching
  • Oversee all sales administration processing to ensure timely and efficient completion
  • Develop and implement effective quotation management processes
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to process sales orders and manage inventory
  • Experience in sales administration and customer service
