About the Role:

  • As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing both national and regional clients, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales orders, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Stay knowledgeable about products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales and leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong organizational and influencing abilities, with a proven track record of success.
