About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Order and Delivery Team Leader to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of our order bank, from new order placement with our dealer network to successful new car delivery to our drivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach a strong team by developing their skills, focusing on their strengths, and maximizing their talents.
  • Ensure the highest quality and standard of service is delivered to our drivers and customers.
  • Constantly review and improve the ways in which we work.
  • Monitor and analyze the team's productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Take ownership of raised complaints, particularly those related to errors, and lead the team in understanding their impact on team and business KPIs.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A natural coach with a passion for developing others.
  • A positive leader with the ability to listen and motivate.
  • Polite and professional telephone manner.
  • Proactive and confident in handling difficult or sensitive situations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
