About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Order and Placing Team Leader to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of Tusker's new vehicle order requests, ensuring vehicle orders and requotes are processed within required KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the Order & Placing team, ensuring orders are placed within SLAs, queries processed efficiently, and monthly budgeted order targets are achieved.
  • Coach and develop a hard-working team by developing their skills, focusing on their strengths, and improving their talent to deliver the highest quality and standard of service to our drivers and customers.
  • Review and improve processes to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure processes are completed within SLAs.
  • Continually train and develop the team to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver improved service to customers, suppliers, and drivers.
  • Engage team members through regular 1-2-1 meetings to review progress, set objectives, and provide constructive feedback.
