About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Order and Placing Team Leader to join our team at Tusker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of Tusker's new vehicle order requests, ensuring vehicle orders and requotes are processed with dealers and manufacturers within required KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Order and Placing team, ensuring orders are placed within SLAs, queries processed efficiently, and monthly budgeted order targets are achieved.
  • Coach and develop a hard-working team by developing their skills, focusing on their strengths, and improving their talent, ensuring the highest quality and standard of service is delivered to our drivers and customers.
  • Constantly review and improve the ways in which we work, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
