The Order and Delivery Advisor role is a key position within our organization, responsible for assisting drivers in navigating the entire order fulfilment process. This involves coordinating with various departments and our dealer network to ensure smooth processing and delivery of orders.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, maintaining regular communication via phone and email to update them on order status and any changes or delays.
- Coordinate with departments and dealers to facilitate order processing and delivery, resolving any issues or obstacles that may hinder the process.
- Respond promptly to driver enquiries, providing necessary information and guidance to address their concerns, and proactively identify potential issues or challenges.
- Provide exceptional customer service through first contact resolution, taking full accountability for the service delivered and striving to exceed KPIs and SLAs.
- Be flexible to take on bespoke and ad hoc tasks allocated by Line Manager, while handling inbound phone calls.
