Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Sales Manager at Gulf Conferences in Ealing. The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for event planning, sales, communication, and event management for private events. The role will involve creating engaging events to attract key industry players and ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement event sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Plan and execute events, including logistics, marketing, and operations
  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial returns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful events
Requirements
  • Event Planning and Event Management skills
  • Strong Sales and Communication abilities
  • Experience with Private Events
  • Proven track record in sales and event management
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the Education and Oil & Gas industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field
