About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Pharmacy Business Team as a Business Administrator and Finance Assistant. This role will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes and administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Pharmacy Business Team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with financial processes, including invoicing, ordering stock, and processing purchase invoices.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 GCSEs or equivalent at grade A-C (level 4-9), including English and Maths.
  • NVQ Level 3 in accounting or business administration or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a business or office environment, with a good level of knowledge and experience of using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize own workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills.
