About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Conveyancing Administrative Assistant to join our Commercial Property team in Surrey. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting Fee Earners in the performance of their role, with a focus on conveyancing matters.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience within Commercial Property and be able to demonstrate initiative and ability to undertake searches, ID checks, and other work without dictation.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing quotes, correspondence, memoranda, emails, attendance notes, documents, faxes, and forms using our Case Management System and MS Office applications.
  • Proof-reading documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Drafting routine documents.
  • Ordering searches and land registry entries and making land registry applications.
  • Maintaining client information on our Accounting/Case Management system.
  • Treating clients and colleagues with respect and tact, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Assisting other departments with typing and administrative work as needed.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Commercial Property setting.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience within Commercial Property.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to undertake searches, ID checks, and other work without dictation.
  • High levels of speed and accuracy.
  • Good telephone manner and comfortable speaking with clients.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and adaptable.

Estimated Salary: £27,500 - £37,500 per annum, depending on experience
