We are looking for a skilled Part-Time Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Guildford, Surrey. As a key member of our Contractor and Compliance team, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process for new contractors, ensuring they meet all legal and company requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of compliance, and the ability to communicate effectively with both contractors and internal teams.

This is a circa 3 hours per day, 5-days a week role, with hybrid office and remote working available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding Process Management: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new contractors, ensuring they meet all legal and company requirements.
  • Assist contractors with completing paperwork and documentation.
  • Manage contractor profiles in the company's database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all contractors' documents are compliant with relevant regulations, for example: BPSS and ID verifications, Passport verifications, liaising with Clients/Security Office, Uploading docs to Client portal, liaising with Check Your Staff for Credit Checks, as examples.
  • Verify work eligibility, background checks, reference checks, and other regulatory requirements.

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
