Build to Rent Client Account Manager

Home Made is revolutionising the way people experience the rental process. We're looking for an experienced real estate professional to join our team as a Build to Rent Client Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management and Onboarding: Manage client accounts from onboarding to ongoing support, providing expert advice and recommendations on industry best practices and market trends.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports on client portfolio performance, analysing data on occupancy rates, rent levels, arrears, and maintenance issues.
  • External Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and partners, to ensure seamless delivery of services and maximise value for clients.
  • Sales Funnel Optimisation: Take ownership of the sales funnel for each client account, refining and optimising processes to drive efficiency and increase conversion rates.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for each client's development site, leveraging digital channels, advertising platforms, and other tactics to drive awareness and demand.
  • Project Management Support: Provide project management support for key initiatives and special projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.

Your Contribution:

As a Build to Rent Client Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in elevating client relationships and driving business success in the dynamic BtR market. By leveraging your strategic mindset, analytical prowess, and client-centric approach, you'll help Home Made maintain its position as a leader in the industry.

What We Look For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Real Estate (Sales, Lettings, or BTR)
  • Strong ability to assess market value for estimated rental values
  • Strategic account management skills and strong business acumen
