Job Title: Build to Rent Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Build to Rent Account Manager to join our team at Property Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business success in the dynamic Build to Rent market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management and Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact for Build to Rent property clients, managing their accounts from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports that offer deep insights into the performance of client portfolios.
  • External Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and partners.
  • Sales Funnel Optimisation: Take ownership of the sales funnel for each client account, continuously refining and optimising processes to drive efficiency and increase conversion rates.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for each client's development site, leveraging digital channels, advertising platforms, and other tactics to drive awareness and demand.
  • Project Management Support: Provide project management support for key initiatives and special projects as needed, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years experience in Real Estate (Sales, Lettings, or BTR)
  • Strong ability to assess the market value for the estimated rental values for each client asset
  • Strategic account management skills and strong business acumen
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Project management
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills

Salary:

The salary package for this role will include a basic of £35,000 to £40,000, plus superb on target earnings of £85,000 Your travel costs will be paid for by the company. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
