Build to Rent Client Account Manager

We're looking for an experienced real estate professional to join our team as a Build to Rent Client Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management and Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact for our Build to Rent property clients, managing their accounts from onboarding to ongoing support. Provide expert advice and recommendations on industry best practices, market trends, and asset optimization strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports that offer deep insights into the performance of client portfolios. Analyze data on occupancy rates, rent levels, arrears, and maintenance issues, providing actionable recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • External Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and partners. Collaborate closely with these stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and maximize value for our clients.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Take ownership of the sales funnel for each client account, continuously refining and optimizing processes to drive efficiency and increase conversion rates. Work closely with the internal team to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted strategies for growth.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for each client's development site, leveraging digital channels, advertising platforms, and other tactics to drive awareness and demand. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
  • Project Management Support: Provide project management support for key initiatives and special projects as needed, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate efforts and overcome challenges.

What We Look For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Real Estate (Sales, Lettings, or Build to Rent)
  • A strong ability to assess market value for estimated rental values for each client asset
  • Strategic account management skills and strong business acumen
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Project Management
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
