Job Title: Rent Leasing Manager - Property Portfolio Expert

We are seeking an experienced Rent Leasing Manager to join our team at Home Made. As a key member of our property portfolio management team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, analyzing data, and providing expert advice on industry best practices and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our Build to Rent property clients, managing their accounts from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports that offer deep insights into the performance of client portfolios, analyzing data on occupancy rates, rent levels, arrears, and maintenance issues.
  • External Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and partners, to ensure seamless delivery of services and maximize value for our clients.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Take ownership of the sales funnel for each client account, continuously refining and optimizing processes to drive efficiency and increase conversion rates.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for each client's development site, leveraging digital channels, advertising platforms, and other tactics to drive awareness and demand.

What We Look For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Real Estate (Sales, Lettings, or Build to Rent)
  • Strong ability to assess market value for estimated rental values for each client asset
  • Strategic account management skills and strong business acumen
